For discrimination and accessibility complaints

If you were discriminated against, or if Humana or a provider did not accommodate your needs, we will promptly address the matter. Please visit our Humana Customer Care page, call the number on the back of your Humana member ID card (TTY: 711), or call 877-320-1235, option 9 (TTY: 711) for assistance. Hours of operation: 8 a.m. – 8 p.m., Eastern time.

If you believe that Humana has failed to provide these services or discriminated in another way on the basis of race, color, national origin, ancestry, religion, sex, marital status, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age or disability, we also provide the option to mail your complaint to:
