HumanaOne Term Life Insurance is a simple and affordable way to take care of loved ones when money is needed most. Term life policies are available with or without a HumanaOne health plan.

Coverage amounts range from $25,000 to more than $1 million and individuals can choose from three coverage term options.

Three coverage options

Policies are available with these initial coverage term options:

10-year term – available to applicants ages 18-65
15-year term – available to applicants ages 18-60
20-year term – available to applicants ages 18-55

Monthly premiums are guaranteed to remain level for 10, 15, or 20 years (depending on plan), regardless of health status.

Applicants can also choose from additional benefit rider options including a premium waiver if the member becomes totally disabled, an accidental death benefit, and children's term life.

Optional benefit riders available for those who purchase a policy between the ages of 18-55. Age limits apply. Contact us for more information.

Easy to apply

Individuals can apply for HumanaOne Term Life Insurance coverage over the phone, with minimal paperwork and just a few simple health questions. In most cases, we don't require a medical exam for coverage through $150,000.
