What you get from Forever Fit
Like so many other Medicare members, you’ll find low-impact exercises can help improve your balance, strength, flexibility, and coordination. Best of all, you can tailor the program for your personal goals and current fitness.
Basic fitness center membership
The program includes:
- Membership at a participating Forever Fit fitness center - at no additional cost to you
- Variety of gyms, exercise facilities, and fitness centers that offer conventional and state-of-the-art exercise equipment
How the program works
- Locate a participating fitness center in the Forever Fit network or call the Customer Service number on the back of your Humana ID card
- Call the fitness center to schedule a tour, or simply show up
- Tell the fitness center you're a Humana Gold Choice member and present your Humana ID card
