To be Silver&Fit means you’re proactive about your health and well-being and looking for new and exciting ways to get fit, have fun, and improve your health.

What you get from Silver&Fit*

Silver&Fit is a fitness and education program designed specifically for seniors and offers your choice of three program options: basic or full membership at a participating Silver&Fit fitness center, or an at-home exercise program – at no additional cost!

Primary Network of Full Clubs

Your Silver&Fit basic membership entitles you to all of the services and amenities included with a standard fitness club membership, including access to cardiovascular and resistance training equipment; exercise classes; and, where available, steam and sauna rooms.

In addition to what's offered in the fitness club membership, the full Silver&Fit membership includes senior-friendly group fitness classes, healthy aging classes, and social activities.

Supplemental Network of Basic Clubs

Silver&Fit members may instead expand their choice of fitness clubs by selecting from a supplemental network of basic Silver&Fit clubs, which offer only the amenities associated with the fitness club membership.

Silver&Fit@Home

Silver&Fit@Home offers you the chance to participate in the same fitness and healthy aging classes provided in the fitness club, in the comfort of your own home, on the Internet or on DVD.
