Basic fitness center membership

As a SilverSneakers member, you receive a basic fitness center membership that entitles you to use any equipment at any participating SilverSneakers fitness center anywhere in the country — plus any amenities available with a basic membership, including steam and sauna rooms, where available.

You can take part in friendly group exercise classes and work with trained advisors to develop your own exercise plan.

If you live farther than 15 miles from a participating SilverSneakers location, you can enroll in the SilverSneakers Steps program.

Steps toward a healthier lifestyle

SilverSneakers Steps provides the equipment, tools, and motivation for you to measure, track, and increase your activities and achieve a healthier lifestyle.

How the program works

If you’re eligible for the Steps program, you will receive a Steps enrollment kit in the mail shortly after joining your Humana plan. Be sure to complete your application, send it in … and get moving!

*The SilverSneakers Fitness Program and SilverSneakers Steps Program are available to most Humana Medicare Advantage and Medicare Supplement plan members. However, the programs are not available with plans in Arizona, California, Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, or with the Humana Gold Plus® plan in Dallas, Texas.
