Humana Healthy Horizons in South Carolina covers emergency transportation. We also will cover transportation associated with a value-added service. Prior authorization may be necessary. Transportation to a nonemergent healthcare visit may be available from a transportation company. This is a service offered by South Carolina Healthy Connections.
